Mary Savitzky

As a first-gen college student and granddaughter of Polish immigrants, I want to break the cycle of surviving paycheck to paycheck in my family. I would never discount the insight into college life I have received from my older siblings, but it’s hard for them to mentor me when they are exploring everything for the first time themselves as well. Joining ATLAS gives me a sense of stability I have never felt before; I have countless people to rely on for almost any issue that may arise. ATLAS is a community that helps me believe I will make it in the financial industry. I became an ATLAS Fellow to prove that I am worth the time and effort everyone has spent.
