As a first-generation American moving to the U.S. in 2017, I realized the importance of joining organizations with people from similar backgrounds as myself, but who are also willing to contribute to my personal and professional development by learning more about their various cultures and professional experiences. This is why I joined ATLAS. It is simply a community that challenges me in every way to become a better citizen but also to ensure that I have all the resources possible to be successful in the financial services industry.
