I joined ATLAS to make it possible for me to break into the finance industry – a world so defined by connections. My mother, an immigrant from Colombia, instilled in me the values needed to achieve
success given what her experiences navigating a foreign land taught. Yet, for the dedicated individuals like myself, the ATLAS program exists to ensure our dreams of a career in finance are realized by bridging the gap between our abilities and our opportunities. In my pursuit of this program, I also aspire to become a figure who’s in a position to give back to ambitious youth who merely need a helping hand.
