When I first heard of ATLAS, I was awestruck by the incredible opportunities that it presented. I am extremely grateful for the head start that this program gives its Fellows and, after just one summer, I have a clearer sense of what I want to pursue. I applied because I recognized how rare such an opportunity is and because ATLAS’s values align with my own. This is not just an internship program—it comes with a community of brilliant people who build each other up and help each other find their sense of belonging. ATLAS has shown me that there is a place for someone like me in finance, but that diversity does not come without programs such as this.
