Alexandra McCardle

I chose to be a part of the ATLAS Fellows program because I wanted to join a community that is committed to diversifying the finance industry. Seeing everything my parents have sacrificed to provide a better life for me and my sister taught me the importance of taking advantage of every opportunity.  I know that my path into finance will not be an easy one, but I am excited by the challenge. I want to be a role model for other women who are intimidated by the finance industry and be able to prove that anything is possible with hard work and tenacity. I am eternally grateful for ATLAS for giving me the opportunity to strengthen my future and chase my career unhindered by financial or gender barriers.
