Phoebe also discusses the ATLAS Fellows program, our plans for future growth, and advice to employers.

“I think we need to shift our mindset about talent. I’ve come to reject the notion that there’s a war for talent…Instead, another set of traits and characteristics important to success in the finance industry are things like work ethic, intellectual curiosity, and achievement orientation,” said Anderson.
